New street, curb and gutter. Work included demoing existing asphalt street, re-grading site, pouring approx 700 linear feet of new concrete curb & gutter with our Gomaco 3200 curb machine, and pouring approx 2155 square yards of 6 inch thick concrete paving using our Bidwell bridge deck paver.
Sidewalk/Curb & Gutter replacement. Approx 1000 ft of sidewalk and curb & gutter demoed, hauled off, and repoured. Wieser Construction also did the sawcutting on the project.
100′ x 75′ x 11′ high Metal Building. Interior contains fully finished offices, breakroom, restrooms, and retail space.
100′ x 200′ x 18′ Sidewalls with a 100′ x 30′ Overhang. Building hosts 4H activities and other activities associated with the Cheyenne County Fair as well as other events in the community.
Sidney Regional Medical Center hired Wieser Construction to complete their new Walk In Clinic located at 610 Glover Rd. This 3900 SF empty strip mall space was converted into the new clinic on budget. Wieser Construction’s crews self performed all concrete work (interior & exterior), framing, cabinet & countertop installation, door & hardware installation and installation of all specialty equipment.
Wieser Construction completed a 20’ x 56’, 2 story Office/Breakroom addition inside Agriplastics Plant in Sidney NE while keeping them up and operational through the entire construction process. The space includes 4 offices on the 2nd floor and a breakroom/restrooms on the 1st floor. Other work that we have completed for Agriplastics includes setting of large equipment cranes in the plant and installation of large ventilation fans.
Wieser Construction partnered with Vitalix to get their new plant up & running in Sidney NE on a very tight schedule. The main part of the project was construction of a new 1560 SF, 3 Door Dock on the Southwest corner of the building and a 14’ x 40’ concrete ramp inside the warehouse. Other work included construction of a new boiler room, electrical room and trench drains that run to a 4’ x 8’ x 6’ pit.
